Long Point Reconstruction

At a May 15 meeting sponsored by Spring Branch's Super Neighborhood groups, Mayor White promised Spring Branch residents that plans would be in motion for Long Point reconstruction to continue after he and Council member Toni Lawrence left office in 2010.

The city plans to make Long Point two lanes in each direction with a landscaped median in between and improvements to all major intersections. The Pech intersection has recently been completed and the Wirt intersection is currently underway.
